Mr. Wackerli, I have been taking all my cars to your GMC service center and my contact there has been Jim Jensen. I have spent well over 2k in the last few months and I have been extremely happy with not only the service but more specifically, Mr. Jensen?s ability to get the job done and done right. He has been supportive, even when I told him I was going to call GMC Headquarters regarding a fuel sensor light that had gone bad in my 2006 Envoy Denali. I felt that the sensor was defective and that GMC should help pay for it. Mr. Jensen was open and honest, and told me if I felt that way that he would do what he could to help me in that endeavor. His help probably secured 50% of the cost that GMC was willing to reimburse me. I have had a detail job on my 2006 Envoy Denali that was exceptional. It was spotless and in fact, was worth every penny of the $129.00 I spent. The last bill, which was a pain to deal with, was regarding a front bumper that literally, fell of the frame. It?s a long story, but needless to say, Mr. Jensen helped and worked with your mechanics to get creative and figure out a way to save me $1000.00. The car looks fantastic. I understand that Mr. Jensen may be leaving your staff at GMC and moving to Subaru. If that is true, I think it is in your best interest to continue employing this fine man and move him quickly up the management chain. He gets the job done and has an amount of pride to each customer. I have noticed this while just standing around waiting for a ride or my car to be done. All I can say is; AWESOME Service.
